For those who wish, the sauna and cold plunge will be available throughout the evening as optional amenities to complement the experience, offering another way to unwind and recharge.

The evening unfolds gently. 

We begin by gathering over delicious food and conversation, allowing everyone to settle into the space before moving into a guided workshop exploring the art of conscious connection. 

Led by our sensual touch facilitator, we'll explore communication, consent, boundaries, intentional touch, and the beautiful practice of asking for what we truly want. 

Inspired by the Wheel of Consent, this experience is playful, approachable, and deeply empowering. 

As the evening continues, the space opens naturally. 

Move between the warmth of the sauna and the refreshing cold plunge. Continue conversations. Meet someone new. Explore playful connection exercises or simply enjoy being surrounded by remarkable women.
